CAIR Help Desk

The CAIR2 Help desk is experience a backlog so please communicate by email – voicemails will not be answered. Follow the guidance below to get the quickest response to your questions/issues.

Issue What to Do

Accessing CAIR2

  • Logging in
  • School staff not seeing “School Access” in menu
  • Linking account to a partner organization


Forgot password If you have already set up a password and answered security questions you can click on the “Forgot Password?” button.
Patient is missing info
  • Notify help desk by email
  • Include CAIR1 IDs for missing patients or immunizations and the Org Code for your site
Inventory is missing or incorrect See CAIR2 Tips on how to make adjustments.
Need to add new users or shot givers

Submit changes at Account Update. Requests may take 3-4 weeks to process.

Don’t know how to use or find something in CAIR2 Click on help light bulb at top of page or review CAIR2 User Guides/Videos

Organization or site would like to sign-up for CAIR2 interface

Register at  CAIR New Enrollment.

Sign up for electronic data submission from your EHR

Register at the CAIR IZ Portal.
