In the interest of addressing CAIR2 user issues more efficiently, the CAIR Help Desk has discontinued voicemails for the time being. Follow the guidance below to get the quickest response to your questions/issues.

In addition to addressing questions from users, the CAIR Help desk has begun to manually process a backlog of account updates received at CAIR Account Update during the CAIR2 transition. Note that because of the current backlog, processing of these, including the addition of new users, may take 1-2 months.
CAIR New Enrollment will also re-open soon, allowing new sites to register. Until further notice, the New Enrollment process will also need to be performed manually so sites will need to be patient since the process could take 1-2 months.
If you are a new site that will submit data electronically, register at the CAIR IZ Portal.
Please note: The CAIR Help Desk is no longer processing paper forms for registering new Organizations or new Sites. Please register new Organizations or additional Sites within your Organization at the CAIR New Enrollment page. If you are an Organization that plans to submit immunization data to CAIR electronically and has no need to access CAIR, register instead at the CDPH Gateway/IZ Portal. If you are an existing CAIR Organization or Site, and you would like to Add New Users, Change User Status, or Add or Inactive ‘Shotgiver Only’ staff, complete the Account Update online. To Transfer Users to Another CAIR Organization complete and fax the appropriate form to the Help Desk for processing.
