CAIR Help Desk

All requests are taken care of within 3 business days unless the request is missing important information.



In preparation for the new CAIR software, the help desk will be in training the week of August 8, 2016 – August 12, 2016. For assistance with login issues please email us at Please do not call and leave a voicemail. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Please note: The CAIR Help Desk is no longer processing paper forms for registering new Organizations or new Sites. Please register new Organizations or additional Sites within your Organization at the CAIR Online Enrollment page. If you are an Organization that plans to submit immunization data to CAIR electronically and has no need to access CAIR, register instead at the CDPH Gateway/IZ Portal. If you are an existing CAIR Organization or Site, and you would like to Add New Users, Change User Status, or Add or Inactive ‘Shotgiver Only’ staff, complete the Account Update online. To Transfer Users to Another CAIR Organization complete and fax the appropriate form to the Help Desk for processing.
