Register now for immunization reporting to CAIR at the CDPH HIE Gateway/IZ Portal, an online web application that will help CA immunization providers* qualify for 'meaningful use' (MU) incentive payments. Please Note: All CA Sites who submitted immunization test messages in 2013 but have not achieved ongoing submission to a registry will need to submit an additional test message in 2014 to qualify for 2014 incentive payments.

The CDPH HIE Gateway/IZ Portal allows providers to:
- Register to submit electronic immunization data and receive all appropriate IDs and passwords necessary for submission,
- Submit test messages for validation and 'meaningful use' attestation,
- Complete all follow-up testing necessary to qualify for ongoing data submission to CAIR.

* Note: Providers in Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Imperial, Mariposa, Merced, San Diego, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne counties will not be able to use the CDPH Gateway/IZ Portal for immunization data exchange. Click here for data exchange contacts in those counties. Providers in these regions that would like to submit other types of public health data like infectious disease lab reports electronically to CDPH should register for lab reporting at the CDPH Gateway.
